Kitchen goods were missing. On in light bowl was out of order. One Telephone out of two was not working. Water leakingh making stleaking on te floor from A/C units. Airon Bord was missing and the one the hotel staff brought was tinghy board I thought that it was jorking.

The property was good….convenient. We didn’t start off very well when they first gave us a room that smelled like an old smoking room. The smell was embedded in the furniture and was awful. After housekeeping came and confirmed, we eventually got a new room.

Overall a very nice stay with my wife and son. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I only hated the fact that I wasn’t aware of resort fee, I feel like that should’ve been better explained.

It was very quiet and nice park next door. Centrally located between the shops and the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Hawaiian music with cheese and wine was very nice on Friday night. A phone charger on both sides of the bed would be nice. The shower head was too low and not that powerful. The bathroom door was an annoyance and a slider would be nice improvement. Overall a great stay.

Great location, can walk anywhere from here, bus close to go to your other tourist spots besides Waikiki, nice salt water pool, and having Fort DeRussy park was so nice to see and hear the birds. Would stay here again

It's a 2 star hotel at best
The hotel staff is friendly but service policies aren't good and hotel condition is probably suffering from years of under investment. Hotel rooms are dates (its 2 stars at best). The hotel does not provide room cleaning everyday. No wonder we had cockroaches in the room. Even after complaining three successive times about cockroaches in the kitchenette and bathroom, cleaning was not provided everyday. To be fair they did come twice and bug spray. However, with two little kids in the room, it made for a terrible experience with bug spray around. While closing the curtain, the hooks and the rod came off. It was all rusted & clearly very dated. Location is convenient but heads up, room can get really noisy since its on the main street.

Well, this is a nice property and I hate to be the guest who leaves a bit negative comment. The hotel advertised an upsell room with partial ocean view and 2x queen beds, and I paid a higher price for it. But upon arrival, the front desk told me they actually have such a room. They basically misrepresented the property. They offered me the following choice: either get a room with two queen size beds that looks directly at a gas station, or keep the room with partial ocean view and sleep on a crib or sofa bed… so I picked the one with some view, and the entire time there I slept on a squeaky sofa bed. I wouldn’t have written this here if the hotel had at least made a concession and reduced the price since they gave me basically a cheaper room- but no, they elected to charge me resort fees and didn’t make any attempts to remedy their own mistake. The management didn’t even reach out to apologize- it was only the lady from the front desk who dealt with me. Guess they didn’t really want me as a return customer!! Needless to say, I plan to grant them this wish, and I will not be returning to this resort. There are so many hotels on Oahu. I hope your silence was worth it.
