This is my go-to hotel in Waikiki, especially when staying a week or longer. Everything is always phenomenal; the service, accommodations, pool/grill area, convenience of in-house laundry. Wish the restaurant would reopen!

As everything is expensive in Hawaii, this hotel is reasonably priced. Not cheap. Staff are helpful. They have an hour wine & cheese hula show at the mezzanine every Monday | Wednesday | Friday between 5-6PM. Plenty of dining options around the area. Walkable shopping boutiques. Easy access to anywhere with uber pick up/drop off. They have a tours/activity available thru Daniel's Hawaii available for business/booking from 7-11AM daily. I booked all our tours through expedia. FYI: no housekeeping unless you stay for a minimum of 5 nights. Housekeeping is on 3rd day. If you want housekeeping, it's available for a fee. Pizza by gas station next door is $30 (Papa Johns). Easy walkable access to the beach (0.4 mi). We went to Hale Koa, military/Armed Forces Resort and PX for cheaper goods & drinks.

Luana Waikiki is the place to stay!! It was clean, everyone was so nice. Our room had an ocean view and a mountain and city view. Don’t think twice about staying there, you won’t regret it.
