Our stay at Woodfield Inn & Suites was completely ruined by unbearable noise levels throughout the first night we stayed there. Our 3 year old granddaughter cried and cried because it was too loud to sleep even. They assured us that the next night wouldn’t be loud, so we stayed (partly because we was too exhausted to load everything up). Saturday night the pool area was completely full, elbows to elbows, and extremely loud with I assume a couple different birthday party’s, it was intolerable, so we went back to the room. We did attempt to go to the game area with our granddaughter and the games are not up to par, they took several dollars of our quarters, with no play time, it was an epic fail as well. We had several conversations with the hotel and with Expedia and the manager refused to give us any compensation for the first night for the rooms. Even though it completely ruined our entire trip. Our family that we was in town visiting went skiing Saturday, our entire family that was staying at the hotel, was so exhausted from not sleeping the night before, we couldn’t even go with our family skiing, we stayed in the room to try and sleep all day Saturday, playing catch up from exhaustion. As I said, our trip was ruined and they had no compassion for the situation. If you value peace and quiet, avoid this hotel at all costs! The customer service was the worst! They claimed that the booking was non-refundable for both rooms. I was not trying to get a full refund for both night
