No electric car chargers as advertised on ur web site! We drove a long way out of our way to stay there because you advertise electric car chargers as an additional amenity. Furthermore. I spilled a bit of water on the floor and cleaned it up with a hand towel. The towel become filthy …. The floors were filthy. I could go on but we are furious at your misleading advertisement

First of all, my wife was not happy about our choice even though I plead that it had a 8.0 satisfaction rating. Complaints, the sink was extremely slow draining, the tub only had soap elevated in push for soap for shower takers and not helpful if your body needed a hot bath after a hard trip. The inspector general found it to be dirty (dusty) and the chair cover had holes in the material. We had to believe the 8.0 rating was a fraud compared to other places we stayed in Statesville.

It is not safe to stay here. Very noisy. The staff is rude and acted as if they did not care if we spent the night there. Could not get TV to work. Had a hard time understanding how heat worked. We do not plan on coming back.
