We made a reservation here on the wrong day. I called immediately and was told that they couldn't change the date and there were no more similar rooms available for the day that I wanted. The only room that was available would cost me $145 . That was a lie!!!! I got on line immediately after the call and reserved the same room. I have been on vacation now for two weeks and have not used Expedia again. If you refund the cost of our 8/20/24 reservation I will consider you on our next trip.

The staff was nice, the property is OLD. Very Old the toilets look super old everything looks very used and old. They had only Cereal and Mufffins for breakfast, pancake machine was broken. No fruits. Just plain Cinnabuns/muffins/cereal.

My fiancée and I stayed here to visit her family. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were extremely flat as well. Whenever she took a shower the water would change to extremely hot and feel like it’s burning her. With all the 11 wifi none of them truly worked, other than that, it was an okay stay, especially in Concordia.

Liked the price and location. My travel time put me in their location. Didn't like the condition of the property: door didn't fit right; pluming cracked or missing sink stopper; TP almost out; bedding appeared to be clean but old - later found a dead insect in the bed (not a bedbug) This old Inn has seen better days.

If you are a non-smoker, I do not recommend stay in this place. Even though you chose a non-smoking room when booking with your app; when on site, the manager will force you to pay additional $10 for using the non-smoking room; they said that your app switched to a smoking room after your booking. When on site, you are too tired of cancelling or changing to a different place; your only option is to pay additional $10. Their low rating is for a reason. I learned a lesson.

I like the hotel just fine. It was older, but it was just what I needed for the night. The bed looked like it had been slept in, but it was clean. Breakfast was breakfast nothing fancy. As a pancake machine so you can watch your breakfast be cooked. There was a good Mexican restaurant around the corner. What I didn’t like was the desk clerk rolling her eyes at me when I said I had to service dogs. Staff would buff up on ADA laws. It’s everywhere not just here. And I get it because of the emotional support dogs. They are pets and there is a difference. But not everybody’s trying to hustle them.

Cracked molding things falling off walls bad patchwork needed a coat of paint the bathroom shower curtain rod wouldn’t allow a curtain to stay in one place. It was sliding down. Looks like it was a bad patch job.

Keep driving, don't stay here!
What a dinosaur hotel! If you're not going to update the rooms, at least spend some money to fix things that are broken. Our water ran 24/7 in both the sink and tub, the toilet sounded like a jet taking off when the tank was filling, it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Oh, and what hotel doesn't offer tissues? Really? I'm supposed to blow my nose in paper thin toilet paper? DO NOT STAY HERE! Run, run far away!!

This place is fine for a quick one night stay. The following night, we stayed at a different Days Inn and the difference was night and day. Concordia location was moderately clean, i was not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet and the bathroom could use a good scrub. The breakfast in the AM was bread, muffins and coffee. I was shocked at the differences when i stayed at the next location the following night.
