I felt disappointed and somewhat humiliated by my interaction with the front desk staff. When I asked something, the employee seemed preoccupied and responded in a hurried manner. It seemed he was more focused on serving the next guest in line than on offering me thoughtful assistance. A more attentive response would have made my experience much better.

Check in supposedly starts at 4, but we had to wait until 5:30 only to be put in a temporary room then move to another room not until 6 pm. On top of that the key cards they gave us didn’t work. Very poor stay, not the staffs fault, but just not good all around
