Scam - under construction no beds wet paint
This hotel is under construction and handed me a key to a room with wet paint and no furniture which is insane. Had to make last minute phone calls to find a new hotel. Should be shut down by building department for storing beds in the fire escape and propping the stairwell fire doors open. I can’t believe the guy gave me a key knowing there wasn’t even a bed in the room. What an awful experience. Now Hotels.com says they can’t refund my Key Cash points I used toward my stay and is being slow about issuing a credit card refund. I feel like I’ve been fully scammed by the hotel and the app both.

The staff were super good about changes to my reservation when I realized just after I pressed Submit that I had clicked the wrong reservation date. They were also at the desk when we arrived VERY late at night. Thank-you!! It's a basic Super 8. Price was right. Room was great. Beds very comfortable. Hallways were freshly painted. Dozens of new beds had just arrived, so I'm guessing new beds for everyone!
