Lovely setting with bright living/ dining area opening to deck. Great eat in kitchen with an attached screen in porch. Lovely hideaway during pollen season and ready for spring blooms and activities all around!

This place, which was pet friendly, had everything you need including 3 full bathrooms and 1/2 one off the kitchen. Full laundry room, great kitchen. Everything was spot on. For pets, it would have been nice to have a fence around the back so they could get our without having to worry about being alligator bate! Also, an indoor mop, would have been helpful. Just one from the Dollar Tree--a sponge mop. Otherwise it couldn't have been better. Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was not clean when we arrived. Dog hair everywhere, toilets dirty, and silverware not cleaned. My wife and I cleaned the house ourselves. I lost confidence in the cleaning staff. I expected better from VRBO.

Hilton Head Stay

We have vacationed in Hilton Head for many years staying at different properties. This property was one of our favorites. The kitchen was very spacious and very well equipped. The living area is fantastic, very spacious with ample seating. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and spacious. The deck area was very nice with 2 tables and many chairs. The neighborhood was beautiful. It was very quiet and private. This was one of our favorite properties and we will definitely rent again if available.

A great pet friendly home!

This property was perfect for our group of five. A great community with convenient trail access right on the street. We liked the layout and spacious living area of the house, as well as the deck and screened porch. A nice walk, or an easy bike to the beach access. A great pet friendly home!

Great Location , house outdated and not clean.

Great location , short bike ride to the beach, nice neighborhoods. Beach chairs and bikes provided. House is pretty outdated and some things don’t work properly such as patio doors, shower knobs. House was pretty dirty, thick dust covering the shelves and small object, cobwebs over the bedroom lamps, old, stained bedding.

Feet got black walking barefoot. Shower corners and kitchen faucet with mold . Very spacious with cute decor. Grill was a plus. Beds have reached their lifetime! Nice neighborhood. Has potential but wouldn’t rent again without needed improvements.

Spacious home, we were promised 2 bikes but there were 4 - thank you. Lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Deck could use more comfortable seating but we enjoyed the grill. Great place for us.

It doesn’t take much effort to keep the glass windows across the deck clean, even in the wintertime. 80% of your waking time in the property is seeing out the view to the outside. Otherwise a very nice property with a good layout.

Perfect Thanksgiving Week In Sea Pines

This home was exactly as described and show in the pictures. A little warn but perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of outside space to gather with family. It was a great location for walking and biking and a very quick bike ride to the beach. The only negative was that the neighborhood appeared to be mostly full time residents, and with the exception of one young family they were not friendly. Even knowing this we would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Home

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The 3.5 bathrooms came in very handy as we prepared for our days in the beach. Everything we needed was in the house and the bicycles and beach chairs in the garage were a nice bonus. The location is great and close to everything Sea Trail and Hilton Head have to offer. Very clean home and friendly neighborhood.

The stay had its issues

Overall I was happy with property however it did have some issues. The curling fan in the patio room was wobbly and seemed unsafe and didn’t work all the time. The fan in the master bathroom made a horrible noise and you would have to flip the switch on and off multiple times to get it to work. The grill wasn’t cleaned and had dried fish stuck to it.

HHI vibes at 26 Gunnery

This property at 26 Gunnery Lane was comfortable and overall, we had a good experience. The home does hold some needs in cookware/kitchen (several "non-stick" pans that were unusable because of peeling material; limited items for basic needs such as measure and storage; a "last-leg" microwave....) BUT it also offered a great kitchen space, ease of use, and openness. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement because of worn condition--two seats in the kitchen had no center support, and the two pull-outs in the loft that were both broken/wobbly. Thank goodness we had two flexible teenagers on those pull-out beds. Beware the master suite toilet as well as it rocks, but the bedroom itself was very comfortable, including the mattress and availability of bed covering. The porch and deck were lovely, but be aware of the kitchen sliding door (locked by a wooden stick because of issues with its level) leading to the porch, and the door on the porch, which would not shut. Both the porch and the deck are a great place to watch Alfred the alligator swim lazily down the lagoon, and the barbeque grill worked great. The neighborhood is also lovely--quiet, great access to bike paths, and well-maintained all around. We spent two weeks and overall had a good time.
