Welcome to Hideaway Villa, our beautiful 3BR/3.5BA villa, a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, and Coligny restaurants/shops. Each bedroom oasis has its own bathroom. Enjoy the lagoon setting from your balcony, just steps to the seasonal pool, or take the beach wagon and chairs to the sand. Enjoy all Hilton Head offers: golf, zip-lining, boating, eco-tours, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping and more. OUR GUESTS get one hour of FREE tennis a day, plus discounts on bikes and dolphin tours!

SUNDAY TO SUNDAY bookings for SUMMER - For your convenience, we book Hideaway Villa from Sunday to Sunday to help you avoid the Saturday traffic. Be sure to select Sunday dates when booking.

SNOWBIRDS WELCOME - reach out for special.

Our villa is located in a quiet setting, with calming views and shade trees. Our renovation includes comfy furnishings and calm, cool tones. Remaining environmentally conscious is also important to us, and we have been mindful of this goal throughout our renovation and design.

You have access to the stunning pool area (April through October). Because our villa is a second-floor unit, up a flight of stairs, you will have no noise from upstairs neighbors!

Ready for the beach? You'll find a beach wagon and chairs in our first-floor closet for your stroll to the beach. You may want to pack beach towels to bring with you.

NOTE: The "host fee" listed by VRBO is actually the cleaning fee, and is paid directly to the cleaning company.

FALL/WINTER SPECIAL: From November 1 to March 1, stay a minimum of 5 nights and get the 6th night free! (Be sure to mention at time of booking.)

Great Stay!
Our family of 5 (3 adult children) had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Hideaway Villa was a great choice- it was clean, updated and spacious. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. We especially valued that each bedroom, which was comfortable, had its own ensuite bathroom. The designated parking spot in front of the unit was convenient. Overall a wonderful stay and a great unit!

Wonderful stay! We had three cars and there was ample parking for all of us. Kitchen fully stocked. Lovely bathrooms, plenty of towels. No noise from neighbors. Bright and cheery interior. Great location to walk to beach and park. Great communication and instructions from host. Just perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our kids and significant others. Plenty of space for three couples. Walkable distance to Coligny and to the beach. Although we went out for most of our meals the condo was well equipped if you wanted to eat in. I enjoyed how quiet it was. We were on the go every day and night and it was nice to come back and be able to go to bed and not hear any outdoor noise. Boyd was very responsive when we arrived and we really appreciated that. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our two teen daughters spent spring break in Hilton Head. It was our first time there and condo location could not have been better. It is very close to restaurants, shopping and the public beach access. Condo-related, we liked the primary bedroom on the first floor with the teens upstairs. The unit was recently remodeled, and with the exception of some burnt out light bulbs and dead batteries in the TV remotes, we were extremely happy! Boyd immediately responded with the questions I had, which was very much appreciated!

Lovely locale, quiet, and clean.
The condo was a short walk to everything. It was clean. My mother-in-law who has been coming to HHI island since 1982 and has tented all myriad of homes or condos kept reiterating "it's as nice as any she has ever stayed in." The pool is huge. The proximity to the park with our 4 y.o. was a bonus.

Just returned from a great week at Hilton Head. Once we figured out best path walk to beach not bad…under 10 minutes. Loved the wagon to help transport items. Some of beach chairs are small so if depending on using these I would clarify what is there in case need to bring some. Was great having 31/2 baths and 3 full bedrooms plus a nice kitchen with 6 adults.

The condo is beautiful. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Very close to great food and just a short walk to the beach. The host, Boyd, was wonderful to work with; addressed our questions immediately. Only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillow; need something that’s not so flat. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This rental is amazing! Gorgeous, quiet but well-located. It was SO clean and lovely. It had great amenities. The owner was highly responsive to any questions. Very Nice!
My family arrived in Hilton Head for a wedding. Upon checking into South Beach Forest we noticed how sparkling clean the condo was. It was so nice to have a bathroom off of each bedroom and plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion was provided. The beds are comfortable and many restaurants are nearby. The beach is a short walk. Overall a very nice place to stay. The only tip I would provide to the property manager is the light outside of the door was not working which made entering the door code at night difficult. The overhead light in the master needed a new bulb and a teapot in the kitchen would have been nice. All very minor things none of which take away from the overall 5 star review. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

Nice family get away
The condo was as advertised, very clean and spacious. The property manager was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Had a minor issue and it was quickly resolved. Only negative is that it is a 20 minute walk to the beach, which isn’t too bad but with how hot the weather has been - it was a little long. I would definitely recommend this spot to families!
