Easy access with great staff, prime location with literally everything within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Loved the room and the bed, really comfortable bed with the t.v setup really nicely. Me and my partner would definitely comeback.

Almost perfect
Had a good stay here, all members of staff we interacted with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good condition, has modern decor and everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is parking right outside the entrance and a lift to all floors. The area is good with a few shops close by on one side and a gorgeous lake on the other. Very impressed with housekeeping in our room, couldn't fault it at all. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed including some beautiful smelling toiletries. Unfortunately didn't get a great sleep on either night as the air con unit for the adjacent room was right outside our balcony door and quite noisy even with the door closed. We would have liked to have had it open very slightly to get a bit of fresh air over night but it was far too noisy. Also this may have just been our room but when any room ran their shower there was a whistling noise in the roof above our room. Breakfast was good with a range of options. Dinner and deserts were also very good apart from the pork belly which was disappointing. Dry and no crispy crackle ! Would have given full marks if only we had got a good sleep.

The reception lady was very nice, and very helpful!!! It makes such a difference to arrive e to a smiling face, made the whole stay feel nice and welcoming. Gorgeous place, really cosy and comfortable. Well placed for restaurants shops, the lake, 11 star hotel

Unassuming, though convenient. We stayed with another couple in the two bedroom apartment. Had all the amenities needed (though we chose to eat out). Heat pump in each room a bonus, especially for the couple recently arriving from Perth at the beginning of June...

Great new build hotel. Book the lakeside view otherwise you'll be looking over a shopping park and pharmacy. Staff were great and room lovely and clean. The only downside was that the staff didn't seem to have a staff room so do their work and their phone calls on sofa chairs outside the lift - which was a bit odd and disconcerting

Hidden Lake Hotel & Apartments is my go-to accommodation when I come to Cambridge to visit my dad. It's a great location, lots of facilities close by. Warm and comfortable rooms with enough space for me and my family. Highly recommend.
