Arrived early, check in states 3 pm, we were able to check in at 1:15 pm with no additional charge. Able to settle in the room before we went to 2 pm Matinee Bingo Session. Freshly remodeled and the room was amazing!

Very clean but fridge didn't work. We had to waste a bunch of food because we didn't know it wasn't working. I wish they would have tried to compensate us for that. Other then that it was good

NEIGHBORS HAD SEVERAL CHILDREN THAT WERE AWAKE & CRYING & SCREAMING ALL NIGHT. SUGGESTION THAT YOU HOUSE FAMILIES SUCH AS THAT AWAY FROM OTHERS.

Beautiful ambiance and a good family experience
The room was beautifully updated. The tub was larger than usual so I had a nice hot soak. The pool was very large if a little cool. The majority of the pool was 5 feet deep so be careful with little ones. The only downside was the beds. The bed I first slept in sagged to the middle and the other queen bed tended to slope to the inside. They should spend some money to get better quality beds. We also ate at the hotel. The Winds menu was excellent but I thought the lobster was overpriced for the quality. The Grille food was not great but service throughout the hotel and restaurants was wonderful.All staff were very friendly and attentive. Be kind to your servers!

The Hotel and Casino were very clean. I was disappointed with the experience at the prime rib dinner, was told 19.99 with rewards card but when we went to pay it was over 30.00 , thats when he told us we needed a coupon.
