Place was big and roomy. Had a great bar & restaurant facing the water. Had a problem that required maintenance, and they were very quick and responsive. Excellent staff. Would stay again when we come back!

Great location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is convenient although a bit boring (too sheltered, no waves) and colder than other beaches. Property in good condition and clean.

Wonderful location and facilities - you can’t beat the view! Enjoy the surfers, see the turtles munching in the rocks with your morning coffee on the deck! Crazy sunsets. Great Kona location and easy safe parking. Quick walk to Kona shopping or snorkel beaches etc!

This property is great, nestled right down in the center of mix of what’s going on Kona. Mere minutes walk from the waterfront, restaurants and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more, and host was very helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a great stay in Kona look no further. 10/10 would recommend.
