Check in staff was nice and they had choc chip cookies in the lobby. No hotels vip perks and a long walk to the hotel room though which was tough for my 85-year old mother in law. Good tv and beds in the room of a property which is otherwise a little tired. The outlet mall around it is a ghost town.

When i checked in I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to get to the counter to check me in. I was surprised that the counter was un staffed for so long. Hard to find due to lack of signs close to the street. Had a very nice room very comfortable.

Beds were very comfortable and this is the most important feature. Property was hard to find, bad signage. Host was wonderful and responsive. Common areas were not very clean, but i felt we got what we paid for, a cheap overnight stay.

This was our first and last stay at the County Inn & Suites Holland. We frequently travel for kids sports and business and have had decent experiences with other Country Inn locations but this one is not the best kept or managed it would seem. When we arrived, the sheets were covered in animal hair and the floors were not well vacuumed (if at all). The front desk were friendly and understanding of the situation and offered another room but it was in a similar state. We requested clean linens and changed them out ourselves in the end. The pool was closed for a good portion of one of the days due to a broken light (perhaps not the hotel/ staffs fault) but an inconvenience nonetheless. The property itself is in a sad state of condition and cleanliness and seems to have been neglected for some time. Overall, for the money paid, not impressed at all and will not be staying again.

The room was pretty outdated, but clean for the most part. Beds were comfy enough, but the room smelled musty. We had to sleep with the window open all night. I’m not sure if it’s water damage or because the facilty allows dogs. I don’t think it is worth $241 a night, but not a whole lot to choose from in the area.

This property needs to blow new insulation in the walls between the rooms. It is non existent. People stay up lateor ger up early and you feel like your on their room. I will not stay again until this is remedied.
