COVID-19 We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

This home sleeps 16, but if you need to sleep more, you can rent our home next door to sleep 14 more, for a total of 30 guests!

We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features vaulted ceilings, a grand front porch, and a basement full of activities for all ages. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV, with a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 8-10. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, air hockey table, pop-a-shot, workout room, additional table with seating for up to 14, a theater area with a 9' projection TV screen, and a sectional couch (with pull out full size bed) huddled around a natural gas fireplace. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

New big 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, speakers, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

Friends & Family Getaway

This property is spacious and beautiful! The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay! The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, and our stay really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the hot tub, the walking trails on the property, and spending time on the large wrap around porch visiting with friends and family. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

We loved staying at this property. The owners were super kind letting us check in early and check out late! They were very accommodating. The property was extremely clean and stocked with necessary supplies. The coffee was a treat as well! Our 13 kids ages 0-11 stayed busy the entire time. Family Gathering

My family is located in five states with me in MI. We came together for a life’s celebration of a very special person in our lives. We needed a place that would accommodate our large group and this fit the bill. We enjoyed the trails, game room, theatre room and over all just the great gathering areas throughout the house. Absolutely wonderful !

This property did not disappoint in any way. From communication with the owners to the condition of the property everything was first class. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was by far the most impressive. The amount of space inside and out was accurate. A very quiet property located within minutes of everything. Family Friendly Property

Great home for family vacation

House had everything that was listed. The dishwasher broke down the third day and the owner sent out a repairman that day but it needed a new part that could not be obtained until our visit was over. We were given a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone enjoyed the pond, theater, air hockey, ping pong, etc. We hope that we will be able to rent this house again.

This home truly feels like a home. Plenty of room for a larger family. Paul and his wife provide many extra small amenities which are wonderful. This is what you call a vacation. There is plenty of space for 3 families. Kids had lots of fun with the spacious land. Activities in the basement. Adults enjoyed the catch up time in the quiet neighborhood with drinks and bonfire.

Relaxing Getaway

What a treat this place was for our family! Nestled in the woods, this home served as such a rest and replenishment for us from the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives. We enjoyed the quiet, sounds of the pond and creek and walks on the private trails. The game room, movie theater and hot tub were a huge plus. The well stocked home had everything you would need with lots of room. You will have to travel to the next town for groceries but that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again.
