This stunning beach house is situated within a gated community, the home has been fully updated and includes three finished floors with lovely modern interior design and plush linens throughout. It's an impressive three story home with plenty of large windows nestled in a private, wooded lot. The home is a 5 minute walk to a private beach and includes a golf cart, boogie boards, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards and more!

The Space:
The modern kitchen comes complete with drip and Keurig coffee pots, a plethora of pots, pans and cooking utensils, many serving pieces and varieties of tableware and glassware. The kitchen with two eating areas and barstools opens to a comfortable living space including a flat screen TV, which flows outdoors to a lovely furnished deck opens with a fire table and gas grill. Upstairs there is a spacious, private en suite primary king bedroom along with another private queen bedroom and separate full bathroom. On the lower level of the home is a full bathroom and a very large bunk room that sleeps 8 on individual, stacked twin built-in bunks! Also on the lower level, relax on the cozy sectional and enjoy the large TV, ping pong table and indoor shuffleboard.

Other Things to Note:
The home allows for up to 4 vehicles parked (2 in the driveway and 2 in a gravel parking pad in front), parking space is tight and there is NO parking within the garage.

Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please note, the Murphy Bed is locked and not available for guests due to fire code restrictions.

All reservations are covered by an insurance program. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

“Family” Vacation at the Lake
A week long stay with adult siblings, spouses and lots of teen (and younger) cousins. Cooking big meals at the house then golf carting over to the private beach, just minutes away. The house was spacious and fully-stocked with beach equipment and kitchenware, and things to entertain while spreading out around the three levels or deck. The cousins all loved sharing the bunk room and play room. We all loved it and will be back.

Loved our stay!
We had a great time at the house! There were 13 of us, ages 8-40 and we all enjoyed the accommodations. The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was minutes from the beach and we saw tons of deer in the woods behind the house. It was so lovely and we will be back!

Perfect Beach Home
Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-12) had a perfect week in this beautiful home. The private neighborhood was so quiet and secluded. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. The bunk room was absolutely amazing for the kids. The location was fantastic, just a short 5 min walk to a private beach. The golf cart was a luxury to help haul all the beach gear. We absolutely loved our time in the home!

Wonderful
We love to frequent VRBOs cause we travel with 3 young kids. Washing machines and kitchens are a MUST. This has been one our best stays! It was VERY well stocked and very comfortable! Our kids enjoyed the books and games, video games and more!! The golf cart was a wonderful touch to navigate around the neighborhood and to the beach. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great house near the beach
We stayed over Christmas with extended family. The house is large as advertised and well suited for groups. The bunk room is fantastic for kids but also suitable for adults. Location is an easy walk to the beach, and I imagine that would be great in the summer. Property manager is very responsive. Would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway
My family and I recently stayed here with a fairly large group. There was plenty of room for everyone, the property/neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous, and Adam was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Very comfortable for 9. Two families with 5 kids, ages 9-13. Bunk Room was an exciting space for children to hang out. Property Manager was very attentive and accommodating. Location was great. Visited in the off-season, though unable to use the beach, we enjoyed walking the neighbor.

Meaningful and fun family reunion to celebrate our father's 96th birthday.
Our family (two couples and a single) truly enjoyed the property for a four-night stay to be near our 96-year old father to celebrate his birthday. Due to COVID-19, we planned all of our meals in the home and enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the kitchen and great room. The house is cheerful and equipped well. Wifi was great and we enjoyed using the Sonos system as well as the smart TV;s. We had such a great time catching up after a long separation and have cherished memories. We look forward to returning in May! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect winter getaway
Our family (wife, me and kids 7 & 4) booked this for a getaway and change of scenery. The property is beautiful inside and out - very clean, modern and accommodating with plenty of space for play, exercise and relaxation. Kiddos were huge fans of the bunk room! The home sits atop a hill overlooking a scenic forest preserve and is a stone's throw from Lake Michigan. Lots of interesting walks and scenery even in winter weather. The property manager was very communicative so no issues related to check-in / check-out and settling into the home. Would highly recommend and revisit in the future!
