Sea Star Village is the perfect place to relax and unwind Island Style! This 4-bedroom end unit offers amazing ocean views and a short walk to the beach access. Outside you will find covered parking for 2 vehicles and an enclosed outdoor shower. Inside on the ground level the foyer has ample room for shoes, a place to hang your towels, and durable tile flooring. On the first floor you will find a full-size washing machine and dryer as well as 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a wall mounted TV, deck access, and an attached full bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a TV. The third bedroom features deck access, and a pool view! Head upstairs to find an open and spacious kitchen and living area that features high ceilings, recessed lighting, and tasteful decor. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a tile back splash. The large center island with stool seating is the perfect place to gather after a long day at the beach. Off the kitchen there is a dedicated dining area for evening. The living area features a large flat screen TV and seating that offers views out the sliding glass doors. The second floor also houses the 4th bedroom. This bedroom has an attached bath with double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The top floor bedroom also includes a flat screen TV, ample closet space and direct deck access. The Sea Star Village community boasts a pool and beach access. Sea Star Village is located near the heart of Surf City and is conveniently located between Wilmington and Jacksonville.

Best Beach Access
Not only is this location steps from the beach, the access is an emergency access with no steps to climb! This is a great choice inevery respect.

Great Location!
The townhouse was very nice and decorated well. Only complaint was gnats and the bottom floor had a smell. I believe the odor is from everyone coming in/out wet and the carpet on the stairs is absorbing it as well. However, we would still rent this place again. You can't beat the views and space in townhouse.

Pool Status - Great Unit
Please note the pool does not open one minute before Memorial Day, however the beach was so close and we enjoyed every single minute of it. Must love stairs!! there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen, pack as light as you can! The climate of the house was AMAZING, the middle floor had its own air unit. Would definitely recommend for families, our kids were age 2, 6, and 9, very accommodating!!

Great home
The house was a great option for two families to spend time at the beach. The house was bigger than we envisioned and included many more items than we thought (books, games, kitchen essentials). The outside shower was perfect for coming back from the beach. There was plenty of parking under the home. We would certainly stay here again!

Almost ocean front for less!
Great location and amazing views. It may get a bit crowded during prime time, bc there were a lot of townhomes in the complex. However, late August was the perfect time to book this unit. It was fairly quiet, and we mostly had the pool to ourselves. The beach was not overly crowded either. The unit could use a bit of a refresh, but overall, it was not bad. The location and views were worth what it lacked in updates.

Great Location
We loved the proximity for the beach and the ocean views and the proximity to the beach. The house was very nice with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, However the bathroom showers were dated and dark, They all could use a refresh. We had some issues with a broken toilet, a leaking frig and the air conditioning not cooling the top level. All were reported and the management responded back quickly, just so.ething you dont want to deal with on vacation. That's the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. If you have problems with stairs this is not the place for you. Have to go up and down 2 flights everytime you go out. Overall it was a great stay. I would rent again and would definately recommend.
