Wake up refreshed from a peaceful nights sleep in the primary bedroom that is appointed with a King bed and an updated ensuite bathroom with a shiny step-in shower. Amazing stay, would recommend. Pool was a hit with our young kids, and it’s a short walk to the beach which was enjoyed by all. Clean and beachy vibe, also hosts were easy to communicate with.

Great Family Place
The house was just as advertised. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 boys ages 4 and under. The 4 big rooms with 3 full baths was just perfect. It was clean and beautifully decorated while being very comfortable to use. The pool area was nicely appointed and a great way to spend our afternoons. I loved that the pool was in full sun from 10am to 3pm. The walk to the beach was very easy for us (and I have a disability that makes walking hard). The rental company, AMI, were very responsive and helpful. The location could not have been better. Close drive to Manatee Beach which we loved and out of the way of all the traffic at end of island. The only negative was the noise from the construction on the house next door - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. We knew that going in and it did not really bother us too often. You cannot go wrong in this house.

We loved the quaint place. So close to the beach just a walk across the street.
We used the pool and the hot tub daily. Was happy to have You Tube TV as we were so familiar with it. Check in was great, we didn't know that there was stuff in the garage until we looked in the window. We had to call to get the garage code. Would've appreciated that sooner. We did end up renting chairs from Just 4 Fun which were brand new and not too much. We took extra dishwasher soap and bought extra paper towels. We also bought more toilet paper as what was in there was rough. Would love if there would've been a Kureig but we made due. When we walked in whomever cleaned the stainless fridge did a Terrible job as it had water streaks all over it. But with a good hot soapy water it cleaned up well. The only down fall was next door they are building a new house so we were woken week days with alot of hammering. Overall we would rent this home over and over again. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

Perfect Gulf coast family vacation!
I can not express how much we loved everything about the place and island. We had the best vacation ever. Thank you AMI for everything you have to offer and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. This property is a great value, I have been to the Island many times and this so far is my favorite place to stay, the home is nicely decorated and very clean with everything you will need, the backyard is wonderful with a great pool and hot tub surround by palm trees and vegetation you feel like your on your own island. And you’re just steps away from the beach. Highly recommend this one!

We were only 1/2 block away from the beach, which was the highlight of our trip. We could also walk to a couple different restaurants. The house was great - clean, comfy and most essentials provided. (Previous houses we've stayed in offered games, puzzles or pen and paper. None were found.) Beach gear provided was great. Definitely will be back.
