Come visit this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath, elevated pool home in the heart of Holmes Beach, just one block away from the Island's sugar sand beaches, and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the free Anna Maria Trolley. Inside you'll find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and lots of room to relax. The main living floor features two bedrooms, each with a king bed and en suite baths, a fully equipped open kitchen, and comfortable living and dining areas.
Upstairs is the perfect hideaway for the children, with a small loft, en suite bath, and two queen beds. You'll find smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room.The lovely outdoor living areas will truly increase your enjoyment of this home! Start your day with coffee on the deck off of the main living area, then retreat to the lush tropical shade of the poolside patio with lots of comfortable seating and a 55" TV. Lovely landscaping, a fenced yard, and a sunny heatable pool make Ride the Tide the Anna Maria Island Vacation Rental, you'll want to call your own whenever you visit!A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. Everything you would want in a vacation home
The open floor plan was great for hanging out with everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The landscaping was a great addition to very entertaining underneath the house. The lication on the island was perfect. Having access to all rhe beach equipment was awesome. Thanks again for sharing such a nice vacation spot!

Home was fantastic! Close enough to the beach, just pack your wagon and go! Island trolley practically outside your front door. Space is roomy, airy and kitchen was fully stocked! A definite gem. We’d stay again for sure!

Honestly, we have no complaints regarding the property. Everything you need is provided. Most rentals don’t have adequate cooking needs, pots pans etc. They did. We did have an issue, but they were right on it. They worked until the issue was solved, and it was on Sunday and a holiday. They were awesome. Beautiful home, and wonderful people manage the property.

Everything in the description was spot on. You couldn’t ask for a better property unless it was put right on the beach. Location was about a ten minute walk to the beach. Property has basically everything you need for beach fun…from chairs to wagon and umbrellas. In the house, everything is provided that you would need to cook. The one thing missing was a spatula for the grill but we managed fine. One good idea if your traveling with a bunch of people is to stop and get a couple bags of ice. The fridges(that’s right…one in the garage and in the kitchen) have ice machines but we found that we went through a lot of ice.

Loved the separation of areas; the cottage does need more than 1 dish towel/cloth...there were no pot holders/oven mitts... The living room furnisher needs upgrade. All beach umbrellas & 1 chair broken- should be removed.

Great getaway
This home had everything we could have possibly needed for our family. Going to the beach was easy, as it was just down the block and all we had to do was pack up the beach cart with chairs and toys (all of it was provided) It was also great being able to hang out at the pool and swim when we weren’t playing in the sand. If you want to take a family trip this would be a wonderful spot!

Great December trip
We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed. Paying to heat the pool was a must and worth the extra $100 in December. Even when the high for the day was 58, the water was warm and the kids had a blast. Pool was on the smaller side but 3 kids swam in it comfortably. Loved all the extra toys in the garage... bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys....

Perfect Wedding Week on AMI
Beautiful, immaculate property that had everything we could possibly need (and then some!) We so enjoyed what down-time we had between pre-wedding and wedding festivities at "Ride the Tide". (and are very glad we decided on this rental instead of 2 hotel rooms!) Ken, Tammy & Kate were all very responsive before, during and after our stay! We've already given several folks the contact information to rent this beautiful property! We will definitely use them again on future visits to Anna Maria Island!
