Staff was friendly. Our room heater did not work. It took two requests for them to come up and fix it, at 9:00 at night, on our second night there. Not happy about this response at all.

The property has not been kept up. The accommodations was on the very economy side, dining options limited, additional charges for incidentals, amenities where cheezy, and lots of broken items, holes in the walls, dirty and inoperatable fountains, no furniture in lobby area and scratches, patches, on walls, doors, one person on front desk. Need a complete overall

Worst hotel ive stayed at.
Showed up to check in had difficulties with the first key then got it figured out. 2nd key took about 30 minutes to an hour to get then the 2nd key did not work and the room that we were given had an occupant then we got a 2nd key for another room and the key worked but the room was again occupied we then had to wait another 30 mins for them to find an unoccupied room then finally on the 3rd try we got the 2nd room finally. As for cleanliness my room smells like mold from my AC which is older than me. There was hair and crumbs all over the beds and crumbs on the table. But the man at the front desk did give me breakfast tickets for the room trouble, thank god because im not paying $15.75 a piece for all 4 of my people to eat breakfast here in the morning.

Good hotel just needs updated
The bed was supposed to be a king and was not. Was the smallest king if it was. Towels were old and rough. There was no water pressure at all. Property was very nice but rooms were very dated and not comforting.

Stay was fine. Perfectly average.
Everything was safe and secure in the building and in the parking lot. My kids loved the Glass elevators. My youngest enjoyed running laps around the floor. What was amazing is that no matter how fast he ran, you could not hear a thing. It was definitely dated and old. I also feel like the type of room that we purchased was different from the room that we received. We reserved a junior suite which had (according to the website) a separate bedroom, but the room we had had a king size bed with a sofa next to it.

Reservations didn't come over so add 20-25 minutes for check-in. Carpets were being cleaned so we had to vacate our rooms after 1st night and check in again 2nd night (of 3). Paid for executive suite and got a regular room the first night. View to outside was of the AC unit on the roof. Fixtures and rooms outdated, front of building looks dilapidated. Hidden "resort" fees. Just avoid the headaches and go somewhere else.
