When I feedback I didn’t like the room 2547 and requested for a room nearer to the lift, was given 1641 It’s a Much better room and more comfortable. Thank you check in team

Everything about the hotel was great. Place was small, but expected for HK. Checking in was easy as a foreigner. Easy transportation via tram to CWB area. Only gripe was that the hotel is on a hill: do NOT make the same mistake as us and try to walk to the hotel with big suitcases....

Beautiful hotel, wonderful breakfast

Amazing stay overall in North Point. Our king size bedroom was spacious. The amenities ( pool, gym and spa) were amazing and cleaned! The MTR station is just a few mins away. Right on the harbour, beautiful walking paths. Next door is a big and developing shopping / building complex with many great shops ( grocery, clothing and accessories stores)

From check-in to check-out the staff were nothing short of fantastic and hospitable ensuring a very welcomed stay.

What a hotel! The service, the staff and child friendly atmosphere was just exceptional! Conveniently located near the train and so many restaurants and laundry nearby. Highly recommend!
