Eclipse location
Very nice, clean. Location and view by lake was very enjoyable. Think the price during the eclipse weekend was close to 10 times the normal rate. I think this was really outrageous.

Marina Lakeside Condo
Condo is well appointed, recently renovated including new living room furniture. The bedroom furniture is new and beds are comfy. The extra touch of a laundry basket in each bedroom was well appreciated. The outdoor patio is great to watch boats on the lake. Upon arrival, I reached out to our property coordinator and she responded quickly. She was able to get DIRECTV to reset the box in less than 2 hours, she followed up. The interior of the condo is excellent. Book the condo, Go, enjoy the lake, the marina is walkable. You will be comfortable, pampered and able to relax. The outside of the complex needs attention- the stairs are steep and loose. There is a spider infestation down around the boat slips, Guy was there working on it.

Nice location, nice Condo. Seemed geared to those coming to stay specifically at Lake Hamilton. We were there for Hot Springs National park. Was unaware the Heat would not be turned on when we arrived. Other wise great stay.

Very good location for Oaklawn. Property was a little dated but overall a good rental. We found a few things that needed fixing and the property manager was quick to respond and should get door and damper in chimney fixed

Loved it!
My family and I stayed here in late March of this year. It was great!! Looked just like the pictures! It was clean and had everything we needed. I was able to cook meals with no problems. The view was great and the stay was relaxing. My family and I will return again!!

Nice condo
This was a convenient location for my daughter’s wedding and places to eat. It was nice sitting on the balcony and being able to see the lake. The condo itself was just the right size and nice. The only negatives was that the floors were dusty and some of the kitchen supplies need to be replaced. The coffeemate had ants in it. But, as a whole it was great and would recommend it,

The property manager was wonderful. She always replied to my inquiries timely. The property was more of an apartment than a condo. The floor hadn’t been mopped in a bit. The counters weren’t clean. The rugs were dirty. The bed was terrible and wrapped in some sort of plastic cover that made it unbearably hot and you couldn’t turn over without feeling like you were in a hospital bed. Our backs hurt so bad after one night, we cut our trip short and just left. There were also millipedes (big ones) in the first bathroom sink. Thank goodness there were ceiling fans because the air could not keep up with the triple digit temps. It was not the best anniversary weekend. Very disappointed.

Beautiful condo
Very clean & well stocked. We didn't need a thing that wasn't already there. Very short walk to the pool, literally out the door & across the parking lot. Owner was quick to respond to a few questions we had. Keyless entry, hassle free. Very nice decor.
