This was a great location to enjoy Hot Springs and super close to the convention center. The room was big and clean. The hot water was really hot which I loved!

The door was stuck due to being misaligned and the lock made it difficult to enter the room due to it malfunctioning with the key card. Had to use the key card numerous times to unlock the lock. However, the overall experience was amazing and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Will visit again in the future.

Fantastic!
This was the third time to stay at this hotel. It is convenient to downtown, restaurants and the two mountains. We love to walk so we park the car for the trip and spend all our time walking around the city and mountains. Breakfast is fantastic and everyone is friendly. It is our go to for weekend getaways!

Property is in a good location and within walking distance of downtown. Bed had stains on it and was uncomfortable. Staff was uninformative, breakfast was limited and parking is very inconvenient.
