The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were quick and smooth going up or down. Location was great for walking to many shops, restaurants, and experiencing some of the history of Hot Springs. This was our second stay at this hotel and plan on coming back for a longer stay.

Our sleeping accommodations were good. The breakfast really needs some help. A few more choices like toast, bagels, the food was not held at temp. Great location. We have stayed here 2 times and will return.

It's a gem!
The Hotel Hot Springs is a hidden gem. We were so pleased with everything from beginning to end. The staff were so friendly and bend over backwards accommodating. Our room was very nice and had a great view. We will definitely be staying here again.

Bathroom floor was dirty, as well as the headboard from hands and greasy heads. The entry and bathroom doors were smeared up with finger and hand prints from former guest's hands.

The hotel was great. The front desk staff - AMAZING! The bar restaurant was awesome (including the staff). The maid service in my floor was ok(did their job), but they were very rude.

Not good customer service. We couldn’t find a trolley for our luggage and they made no effort to help other than give possible locations for us to find one. Problems hotel wide with TV channels and no solution to fix it.
