Some old world charm with updates for modern amenities. Great location for those looking to check out the bath houses. Tip: some of the batch houses do not take reservations but you can put your name down in their waiting list -- get there when they open around 10am and you should be good.

We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. The free parking garage is about a block or 2 away but you can pay for valet service at the hotel if you want that service. We ate at The Rooftop grill one night and it was very good. We didn't try the other restaurant on the main floor. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly here and I hope to be back next year.

We like the historic aspect of the hotel and its location is perfect. Friendly staff, great restaurant, too. Surfaces in the bathroom (counter, shower) are showing wear & tear.

Beautiful hotel Bathhouse row
Hotel is beautiful. Checkin and valet service was great. The room was very spacious and clean with refrigerator and safe. Bed was super comfortable. The shower was a little slippery and the sliding door doesn't give much privacy, but other than that loved the room. Loved the way they preserved the old room numbers and the marble floors. Breakfast was very slow , but servers were great and when food finally did arrive (after 30 plus minutes) it was delicious. Rooftop service was very marginal - we only had drinks but tables weren't cleaned and service was slow. Overall I'd give it 4 stars - hotel itself- location, decor, ambience 5 stars but service was 4 star.

Be prepared to valet park, the guys handled it well, but i wasnt really prepared for that. The staff was nice, the restaurant and location great. The room was clean, but it was very small with no view. The bathroom door is a barn style slider with no lock. I did not like this, my kids did not like it, backroom privacy i rate a 1. The bed was not comfortable.

Excellent stay!
This is an absolutely beautiful property! It’s right in the middle of historic Hot Springs, across from Bathhouse Row. Walking distance to everything. Room was perfect! Bed was cozy and condo and staff was attentive and professional! I’d go there again in a second!

Valet parking is worth it for 30.00..do it you won’t regret it. The food is good and room service is a great added bonus. My breakfast was delivered and was still hot! My ONLY complaint is MAKE SURE you ask for a room that’s not next to the street. The vehicles/motorcycles are so loud and they cruise until late hours. The loud exhaust and continuous laps of back and forth will have you wanting earplugs haha Otherwise is amazing to stay here. I will be back with that only one request for my next visit.

Will stay again if in Hot Springs!
The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at Valet. Beautiful view from room was only outdone by the view from the rooftop restaurant. I do wish we would have known the rooftop closed at 7 on Sundays when booking because we planned to have dinner there the 1 night we stayed. Room was updated, clean, & spacious plus the bed was very comfortable. The somewhat private trail off the 4th floor was a nice bonus. Very much recommend!

I was only there for a night, so my review is based on a small sample size. My experience was positive - staff was friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean, location offered convenient walking distance to shops, dining, and attractions. Parking was inconvenient. Valet is available, but expensive ($35 per night). My room was adjacent to the street, which gets loud and can make it difficult to sleep. I had a suspicion when ear plugs were provided by the bedside. I would gladly stay again, but get a room not along the street.
