Our single story property has high-speed internet. TV’s stream over 7,000 movies, great sports pkgs, e. Newer TV's (living room, Master & Queen bdrms) also the living rm has s DVD player & 20+ movies to watch.

Sleeps 6. Master-King, 2nd bdrm-Queen and 3rd bdrm-two twin beds. 2 baths. Get a good nights sleep on all premium, quality mattresses.
Living Room has comfortable leather Sofa & Loveseat. The view is so serene and peaceful. The Dining Room has cabinets with Games (playing cards, Yahtzee, Puzzles, and Trivia Pursuit, etc). Books & Wine glasses - Enjoy!

Laundry room has a newer energy efficient Maytag washer-dryer. 2 car garage for parking.

Enjoy meals on the patio deck ( w/ Gas BBQ) and enjoy the private, serene woodsy setting. .

Get cozy with the dual fireplace (during winter months) between living room & sitting room. Sitting room is perfect to sit and read and enjoy the setting, or grab a snack and sit at the kitchen bar.

This property is really close to Lake Balboa beach and marina. Picnic tables, BBQ, beach. Various boat rentals. In NEWER area of HSV - 3 miles inside the East gate.

NO SMOKING (Inside/or Outside) and NO PETS. East Gate Security gates close at 10pm opens at 6:30am. You must be inside the Village by that time each night, or travel around to the West gate entrance (open 24/7). Also, some GPS will attempt to send you to the Balboa Gate, which is a private gate for Homeowners only. The address that you should use is: 24705 Highway 5, Lonsdale. (This is for the Bank of the Ozarks at the entrance of the HSV East Gate).

Amenities - 2 coffee makers (12-cup drip - coffee furnished) and Keurig (bring your own K-Cups), iron & ironing board, 2-hair blow dryers. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We supply a nice starter kit, which includes toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, sheets, blankets, some spices, tea,. Ice maker in Refrig.


Come play golf (5 courses nearby), rent your favorite water toy (Pontoon, Kayak, Paddleboards, fishing boat), or hike any of the 22 miles of trails. Inside the property is a Visitor Book with an area map, things to do, places to go, restaurants recommendations, menu's, community events, and information to use the Village Coronado fitness center, pool, tennis courts, basketball, miniature golf, pickle ball, beach areas, etc.

We do rent this place out monthly (we love snowbirds) and pricing depends on the time of year. Simply inquire.

70th Birthday Party

My friend & I had a girls spa weekend with our daughters to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Loved the area & being close to all the activity but able to come back to a tranquil setting. A home is much more conducive to enjoying each other than two hotel rooms. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Fantastic Stay in a Comfortable and Well-Located Townhome!

We had an amazing stay at this townhome! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were spacious.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this townhome exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We were coming to HSV as we do each year to spend Thanksgiving with my mom. I booked this home over 2 months prior to our trip. To my dismay, I accidentally booked one day later than our intended arrival. Janette responded quickly to my mistake and made the adjustment to our reservation! I brought my Colorado Family to Hot Springs Village to visit my dad. There were 7 of us, so as not to overwhelm my dad with our visit, we opted to put the majority of our group up in this VRBO. Beautiful home. Accurate listing. Lovely neighbors. Balboa Beach access is super close. The bedding/furnishings and other amenities were top notch. I received timely replies each time I reached out to the property manager. Overall, this was a great value and a wonderful experience for my family!!

Fun in Hot Springs Village

Townhouse was very clean and well equipped. Very quiet area, nice peaceful deck, close to the marina, making renting a boat convenient as well as the beach area for swimming or enjoying some sun. Abundant golf courses nearby.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This location is absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed was readily available. There were games, puzzles and coloring books for the kids. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I heard no complaints about the other beds so I assume they were comfortable as well. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect so close to Lake Balboa.

A Gem

The property manager was very accommodating to our last minute booking. The townhouse was in a beautiful location and was well appointed. Great appliances that all worked well. Bed in master was very comfortable and whole house was decorated nicely. Sitting area was comfy and TV large. Lots of extra touches such as not limiting toilet paper to one starter roll, swabs, mouthwash, etc. Would definitely book here again if staying in the area in the future.

Family Vacation

Excellent location for family vacation. Upon check in, requested more propane for the grill and it was brought in less than a half hour. Appreciated games and dvds in case the weather didn't cooperate. Loved how close we were to the beach as kids loved the water and sand. Can't wait to plan a trip to come back. Quiet street with friendly neighbors.

The townhome is very nice. Well appointed and everything was in great shape. Convenient location. My family spent most of the day with us a few miles away on the lake, but they were very happy with the rental.
