The hotel lobby and room were clean a pleasant looking. The housekeeping staff was really on top of it. The whole hotel was spic and span! I believe there were only two housekeepers there my entire four night stay and they were both very personable and helpful in every way. My only complaint about staff, if I had one at all, would be that we were assigned a room on the second floor. I asked at check in If we could have a 1st floor room instead as I could see that the hotel was not busy. I was told “No, that’s your room.” I didn’t object further and it really wasn’t a big deal, but a bit of a strange response nonetheless. Also, the breakfast offered really needs some work! The refrigerated scrambled eggs with a sausage on top was ridiculous and none of the bakery items looked at all appealing. Twice I went down in the morning to get a cup of coffee only to find it to be warm rather than hot. It really wouldn’t take much of an effort to turn the breakfast into something that would compliment the facility that otherwise was quite nice. Overall our stay was pleasant.

We packed up and went down for breakfast and it was being put away before 0830. 3 kids and my wife and i went elsewhere as there wasnt enough food out to feed us all. 3 biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. No other offerings other than the boxed cereal. Wish i would have taken a photo as proof with a timestamp. I noticed others had complained about the breakfast being put away early so we went down with over a half hour before it was supposed to be done. Rooms were nice, staff was nice, pool was nice. But when spending $270 for a room, itd be great to have a breakfast as advertised.
