Staff very friendly. Multiple texts to check how I was doing. I texted back things that needed attention and they were taken care of immediately. Beautiful hotel with character. My view was nice but the left side of the curtains don’t open all the way so there is no way to see out if they window. The restaurant is beautiful but really pricey. Fast elevators.

Staff was super friendly. Room had excellent views, was immaculately clean and spacious. Love that the housekeeping was not invasive but rather it was on the guest to reach out when they wanted their room cleaned. This increased my sense of security and privacy. I felt right at home. 0 complaints.

We enjoyed the hotel very much but have a few suggestions for the bathroom. There are no hooks for towels as you exit the shower. We had to put our towels on the floor for easy access after showers but not the best solution. Also, when our room was serviced, the staff did not refresh the coffee, creamer or coffee cups. We had to ask for more at the front desk.
