My friends and I stayed there for a weekend getaway and it was good. The room was clean but could use some updating. We liked that we were in walking distance to the galleria and food locations. Overall this was a nice hotel and I would stay again.

One of the elevators was out the entire time I was there. I heard guests had gotten stuck in it just before my arrival. I hope this is fixed before my next trip to Houston in December.

Everything about the hotel was lovely except the most important part of your experience at a hotel - the beds. We had a king room with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the floor and waking up to leave the hotel at 5:30am. My two friends shared the king bed and they both had a sleepless night due to how uncomfortable the mattress was. The furniture in the living area was also really worn and gross. We didn’t even want to use it.

Needs Some START WITH FIX THE BROKEN ELEVATOR
Location is ok, hotel entrance is odd. Only one functioning elevator MAJOR issue often waiting awhile for the one available elevator. Needs a refresh and some TLC. Floor hallway was dirty. Room was fine, comfortable and clean, and staff nice other that front desk attendant on check out day - not at all nice or even acknowledged my presence. Generally needs improvement.

I rented 2 rooms. Room 714 the toilet kept running allllll night and kept me up against my will. Room 716 the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom

I would give it 5 stars but the elevator was a problem.the hotel was full and only one elevator was working so we waited for long time on both ways. Also only one staff was at the front desk which made it hard to get things done quickly
