Parking getting to the hotel was limited. You had to park check in, and then go to a parking garage and walk back. No free parking, you had to pay to park. Getting out of the hotel if it was check in/out time was horrible. Too many cars and too little room. The elevators also took forever to arrive. Once again at check in/out time you were waiting for 10 minutes for the elevator.

Everything was fine except the fact that the elevators were not working in the parking garage, so when we parked on the 2nd floor we did not have a way in to the building we had to walk down to the bottom floor and enter in the main entrance. A little inconvenient having my children and luggage.

Clean, refreshed property with spacious room. Security latches on the room door were broken and dated. Hospitality was a bit lacking and rude about using the restaurant with an outside food item.

Staff needs a hospitality lesson
The Staff was NOT professional at all. Front desk area was rude. Paid for parking, and when trying to get out, the phone that controls the opening the gates was not charged so had to wait 10 plus mins for them to charge there phone. Elevators was not working in months (I use to stay there often). Location is great but the building and staff are not. The staff was arguing with me and deactivated my card to start more tension instead of conflict resolution

The staff were all very friendly and professional. My room was clean and neat. There was; however, a smell of mold or mildew when entering the hotel lobby that was pretty strong. The outdoor pool area wasn’t very appealing. Other than that, no complaints.
