The water in the bath doesn’t get very hot. I called the front desk and asked for repair yet no improvement. The AC’s heater doesn’t work either. It is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. Despite the okay looking on the outside, it is not a good value hotel.

The property needs a serious overhaul, room was out dated, musty smell, dirty floor, no living room table in the suite, no room service, no ice machine on floor, only 2 out of 4 elevators working, and the female night clerk was very rude. I was very very disappointed.

Well at the top of my list is that the staff we're not courteous at all from checking where she didn't care about my concerns to the maintenance staff who got on the elevator and shove the laundry cart into my hand didn't say excuse me even after I said you're hitting me with that looked at me and turned around. Secondly they were painting on my floor and I smell paint fumes for the whole 3 days I was there. I ate in a restaurant twice, one of the reasons I went to Crowne plaza is because their breakfast buffet has always been wonderful. That was not the case this time she had to find the lady come out and cook and when she came out to cook she was not very happy. I asked for an omelette she literally cooked my eggs for 2 seconds they were all runny in the inside of the Omelette horrible experience. I only stayed at this Crowne plaza because when I looked online for hotels that had shuttles to MD Anderson this place came up first. Lo and behold they have no shuttle. When I have to come back from the hospital I ordered wings at the restaurant they were so hard that I couldn't even bite into them. In my room it was a little cold change my thermostat it would never ever change to the 74 setting that I set it on. In fact I kept it on 74 and the room temperature would say so that it had dropped to 69. On my first and second day someone named Christine text me to ask me about my experiences explained my experiences to her and she never got back with me.

No major complaints
Desk service at check in was pretty average. Not overly friendly by any means. Room was ok. TV is small. Bathtub drain wasn't functioning properly. Hotel bar/restaurant was ok. Food was decent. Bar tender was nice.
