Property owner please fix the long beep that seems to keep going off in the entrance. Long high pitched beep really degraded the lobby experience. I don't know how the staff can handle that irritation and still be so warm and welcoming. The rest of my stay was fantastic! I would have liked if there was hot water accessible late at night, but I asked the concierge and was assisted. Thank you so much!

This is only the second time that I have stayed at a Hampton Hotel. My first experience was at a Hampton north of Houston. I loved my first stay so I thought I would book Hampton for another trip. I am very disappointed with this Hampton. I found the room to be very dirty. It even had a bad odor. The carpet was very dirty. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned. There were stains in the hallway carpet. I won’t stay at a Hampton again. Buyer beware!!!
