Most of basic things in the property are not working, The blinds will not open and coffee machine is not working.
They gave us a room earlier that was not at all cleaned, not sure why the system like Hilton does not have the proper communication
We paid a lot for this property and it was not worth it.
We traveled from Dallas to Houston for the Texas vs Dolphins game. Check-in at the hotel was very quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. All staff were extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very quiet, comfortable bed, made it easy to relax.

Pretty average. The coffee maker didn’t work, but was replaced for my second morning. Most surprising was the lack of cleaning for the second day. I get not replacing towels, but there was no cleaning at all.
