Wonderful welcome and service. David at the front desk was great - extremely professional and friendly with all customers. Being my first time in Houston, I asked if it was possible to have a room overlooking the city. He tried to accommodate me as much as he could, and gave me a room with a beautiful view of the skyline. I really appreciated his manners and his good mood, he had a smile for everyone. I also loved that they offer a shuttle service. After a long day traveling, I walked to the city center to get some food, then called them when I was ready to get back to the hotel. The shuttle driver, his name was David as well, was incredibly kind - he came to pick me up at the restaurant, got off the driving seat to open the door for me, and greeted me with a big smile. We had a lovely chat on the way back. A really pleasant experience, and such a lovely guy. All in all, exceptional service throughout. Thank you!

Nice hotels, friendly staff. Nice free breakfast. Not a lot of stuff nearby, but close to bus and tram stops. Bit noisy at night outside the hotel.
