The first thing we noticed was a sewage type of odor in the room. We had to go to the store and purchase air freshener and candles. The breakfast was gross. The juice was watered down, and the milk was spoiled.

Im not sure where to start this hotel is a good distance from the boardwalk but the hotel itself need a major upgrade. Pool Bathroom Tv The free breakfast not worth its just cereal and a waffle and they have signs that says dont take the food to your room.

Stayed for a business trip. Parking lot is well lit. Room has extra lock for safety. Solo travelers will feel comfortable and safe. The room had slight wear and tear to some of the furniture from use but nothing inconvenient or major.

Clean, management was helpful when I thought I had to cancel second day, then restore original plan. Breakfast was continental, no eggs or meat. Close to several good restaurants.Did not use but pool looked clean.

The hotel and rooms were decent, however, we stayed in a family suite and it smelled strongly of mildew. I addressed with the front desk to see if all the rooms were that way (in case we could switch rooms if they weren't) and was told that they are, especially if the AC has been off. They gave me some odor eliminator to spray in the room. This only helped mask the smell for a short period.

First, my family stayed here in Feb. 2024. We had three rooms and had no problems. So, I booked for my husband and I for this trip Sept. 2024. We went to the room we were given and when I opened the door I couldn’t even walk in. The smell of musty mold was unbearable. We immediately went down to the desk and let the clerk know. She gave us another room. This room was not much better. My husband sprayed some body spray to try and help. At this point it was late and we regrettably stayed in the room. The next morning I went down to try and eat breakfast. The smell was horrible on the first floor. It smelled musty and like something was burning. When I checked out I told the man behind the desk and he didn’t seem bothered or concerned. I asked other people by the elevator if their rooms smelled and they all said there was a musty smell some were worse than others. We will not be booking stays here again.

We loved staying here. Rooms are clean. People friendly. Not to far from galveston maybe 25 mins to 35 mins. Also they have a downtown which is really nice shopes, amusement..Some Good Bars!
