Having stayed here before when on business trips, I knew that the hotel is well-kept and comfortable. The only reason I didn't provide five stars all around was that the "Business Center" for guest's computer access and use no longer exists.

Airport shuttle was supposed to be "10 to 15 minutes". Took 50 minutes to arrive. TV did not work, the wiring looked like a 7 year old did it. All of the lights were unplugged and one next to the bed did not even have a bulb. There was a large hole in the shower wall, and the hallway was very musty smelling.

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!
There is not enough character space to describe the complete and total BS Madness that EDNA the night manager put my family and I through last night! 22 Dec 2024. The Mgr. "EDNA" should absolutely be FIRED and this Laquinta shut down until the owner can higher professional Employees who treat customers with courtesy and respect! We Stayed here on the 2d of Dec on our way out on vacation, we had to change rooms 3 times because the AC unit and other items in the room were non operational, which we brought to EDNA's attention, she was RUDE but Moved us..by the 3rd time we moved rooms we were tired and just wanted to get to sleep, we were also traveling with our 6 yr old.. Then yesterday on our return, I called ahead to ensure we didn't have the same issue when we got there, Clara Hung up on me.. When we got to the hotel after midnight, told EDNA, she was the same Person on our way out, she was again Rude..Acted like she didn't know Clara who hung up on me a few hrs prior, we had a reservation here for over a month, when we got to the room, AGAIN the AC/ heat would not work.. I informed EDNA, and was told, if I wasn't happy with the room, we could leave and go find another hotel.. She cancelled our reservation, and called the Houston Police on us and told the police false BS and LIED to them because I complained that the room I was Paying and had a reservation for had things that did not work in it, It IS NOT Illegal to complain!! We were forced to Leave, don't ever stay here

Oh my God. Don't stay here 4 comfort at all. We had 1st floor room and the noise was too much to bare. Bed was so hard I think I need a massage now!

It was okay, it was more than sufficient for a quick layover. Next time I'll probably try to find a hotel closer to the mall (AMC). A taxi there is $15, and to get back it's about $23... at the time/based on demand at the time.

The property was in a convenient location from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The rooms were spacious and a plus they were able to give us 2 queen beds. One major negative was that the room and hallway felt old and dirty due to the worn out carpets that smelled stale. The carpet in our room had a stain and a tear.

Airport Shuttle bus was supposed to be 10-15 minutes. It was over 50 minutes. Lights in room were unplugged, one light did not have a bulb in it. TV looked like it was wired by a 7 year old with the control box on the floor. TV did not work, as it bounced on and off. Coffee maker did not work. Definitely would not recommend.
