A well functioning hotel
Had a bit of a room issue, but was fixed the next day.Rooms were nice and clean.Great valet guys always on time. The late night attendant was amazingly helpful ran out of wine during the night, she graciously opened up the store inside the hotel and we were able to purchase. Bar is fantastic fun bartender. All around great hotel if you’re ever in Houston,Tx.

The guys at the front desk and the guys doing valet are amazing and willing to help. My room was not clean and the bedding was very dirty with food stains and dirt all over the comforter.

We had a great time. The hotel is very nice. The people are very kind and we love the atmosphere and the location couldn’t be better. The bar with Patty is the best place to be in the afternoons. We enjoyed her conversation and her attentions very much.
