Out of hotels I stayed at in Houston this is one of my favorites.The staff provides excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spacious and my room was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. With great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel truly feels like a perfect retreat.

The service of the staff is exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and truly want you to have a remarkable stay. In this day and age it’s great to see exceptional service being front and center. They even offer a free shuttle to take you back and forth to dining and shopping options in the area. The facilities are great and the value for the rate is excellent. Will definitely stay again

We had to book a last minute room later in the evening. Checking was great and easy! Front desk agent was super friendly and helpful! Two downfalls, one was the bed sheets were stained and we didn’t notice until checkout. The second was they were doing an alarm test from 11:00am to 11:47am.
