Very nice staff. The room I stayed in was small but very nice. It was perfect for me by myself. The restaurant on the second floor has really good food. All in all I had a good stay.

Parking was a little pricey. 1003 room are spacious and clean, but a little dated.. Tv’s needs to be upGrade. We wasn’t able to watch any Apps such as Netflix or Peacock. The toilet in the bathroom ran non-stop.

Won’t be returning.
The vallet was very rude and aggressive. He told me I could go in and check in. I went to drop my bag off at my room. Before I could put my bag down he was banging on my door and resting my keys. I had already told him I was leaving back out and he instructed me to park. I didn’t like his attitude. There is always a way to talk to people. By the way, my vehicle was not blocking anyone or anything. I hate that, that interaction took away from my experience.

**Disappointing Stay** Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The room was not clean, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the shower head was broken, making it difficult to have a proper shower. To add to the inconvenience, there was no conditioner provided, which is a basic amenity I expected. On a positive note, they did offer 1 free water bottle, but that hardly made up for the other shortcomings. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience in the future.

The hotel was beautiful and convenient to the theater we were visiting. Our room was nice, but in order to open the closet, we were told to pull hard but don’t break the closet door. The shower floor tile needed repairs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
