Stayed in a deluxe king. Would recommend for size. Hotel is charming. We didn't have any issues finding coffee in the morning and felt quiet. The window shades kept the sun out. Only one night of restless sleep being that its downtown Houston...overall quiet. Pool was nice little relaxing spot. Service in restaurant was nice.

Very friendly staff, good location to arte d the conference center without Paying the premiums of the hotels next to it. Restaurant is limited in choice, and the área, Downtown, quite Boring in the evenings, with little entertainment and no shops what so ever. The presence of homeless at nights also gives it a sense

The hotel is just older. They pump in a weird floral smell to cover up a smell. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, bathrooms need help. I do want to say the staff is excellent! The one restaurant they have did a great job at handling everyone. Coffee was actually decent. Cocktails were great. I can't say enough about how helpful and kind everyone was.

Hallway and room smelled like urine, floors were filthy, tons of dirt under rug. Hotel was dated, valet was $45 a night plus tax. Security questioned whether I belonged in the hotel, talk about adding insult to ROBBERY. Place is washed, won’t be back, or recommend.

My stay was amazing with such beautiful and spacious rooms! I loved how the hotel reached out to me before my stay and offered upgrades. My plans did change last minute, and being able to updrade to a 2 bed was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful as well. I will definitely return when I plan to visit Houston!
