Our room was perfectly clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice with a large shower and separate sauna type tub. Front desk staff were very professional and spoke enough English to make communication simple. Very pleasant stay and priced right.

I had a 4 nights stay. The first night is was awesome i had a nice room as advertised on Expedia. However, I was asked to move to a smaller room in another building for night 2,3, and 4. The room i was assigned was small and the shower was so hard to get in, i couldnt imagine anyone over 40 could get in and out safely. I feel like they used some bait and switch tactics. I felt I got scammed, when i first checked in, they told me Expedia should have mentioned this kind of room switching in the first place. I didnt want to argue because they told me every room is booked out, i had a 14 hours flight. Too tired to argue.

Hotel by a green belt

Hotel is located in a nice area by a green belt with shops and good eateries around, and 5 mins walk to train station. Breakfast was good with fruits and varieties.

Very good hotel

I had a great time, I had two problem, 1 with the hot water on the first night and 2 with the light turning off on the first night. I toll them the morning after and it did not happen again. Food for breakfast was so good. I will stay here again in the future😁

Great Hotel experience

Very professional and clean with friendly staff. I was able to speak Japanese and English there, which was great because they could explain the surroundings location without me using a translator (Mandarin is spoken there). The breakfast was amazing because it had international options and I choose the Japanese choice. My daughter loved the hot chocolate and bath tub.

Central Hsinchu Location

The staff were extremely helpful but not intrusive. The location is perfect to walk around Hsinchu or to walk to the train station. The facilities were very helpful for my tourism & working remote needs.

Old and tired

Bedsheet, pillow cases, blankets looks old and with stains. Requested to change and staff not helpful. When removed the bedsheet, many hairs found on the mattress, staff did not even at least remove them. :<< The wing we stayed look old and tired. Breakfast selection is good.

A nice breakfast to start your day

Front desk staff were very polite and always prepared to help. Buffet breakfast was very good and plates constantly refilled, pity that it finishes at 9.30am on weekdays, a bit early for late risers like me! The bathroom design was quite strange as there’s not much privacy, even couples may find it a little challenge.
