the cleanliness of the rooms are on average. free parking is provided. **** limited response from the hotel before check in **** the hotel charged me for 800 THB for a non-functioning soap dispenser just before I checking out to airport. It was unfair and ridiculous to a customer. **** the water in the private swimming pool not good
