值得推薦的市區民宿

整體民宿維護的很清潔舒服, 佈置也很有品味, 對面即為遠百及愛買, 要吃東西及購物都非常方便,有附腳踏車, 無限量取用的小餅乾及咖啡

普通，下次不會再入住

停車場離住宿有一小段距離，房間內什麼都沒有，但是大廳冷氣不是24小時，晚上很熱又很多蚊子

優點：住宿環境乾淨、有停車位、電梯、一樓備茶水咖啡很貼心、依需求提供高樓層客房、接待人員態度非常好，價格合理 缺點： 枕頭太軟，無支撐力 窗簾不是遮光材質 熱水不穩定，洗一洗忽然變燙，皮膚被燙到很痛 窗戶非氣密窗，故隔音不佳 冷氣吹出一股酸味

照片漂亮而已

房間比想像的還小，洗澡時水乎冷乎燙，一整個很難受，而且太燙時調一點點熱度 會突然變冷水，重點是電熱水器，要看其他客房有沒有人洗澡，這整個很不方便，房間緊鄰大馬路，晚上馬路呼嘯而過的聲音非常明顯，不是很好睡

沒有夜燈，對於需要弱一點燈光需求的人，可能會覺得打開燈睡太亮，關燈卻又太暗了。其它的大致上都還不錯。

門口有個小空地, 一樓大廳有很好喝的咖啡以及花蓮在地名產可以吃吃喝喝 民宿有電梯上樓, 客房的地板有一種磁磚貼錯面的感覺, 霧面凹凸感覺清潔不易 上下舖的設計很適合有比較大的小孩的家庭同遊 飯店位置位於遠東百貨愛買正面對 十分方便 特約停車場在走路三分鐘的後方巷子內 唯一事先就知道的小小遺憾是沒有供應早餐
