Property was musty and moldy. Made me sick. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, I left after the first night. They did not refund me for the two nights I didn’t stay.

Not a good stay, on the first night of the stay our light switch in the bathroom failed. We couldn’t turn the lights on at all. Used phone for light. When we talked to the first attendant in the morning he didn’t seem to care or understand what I was telling him. He told me to come back later in the day. When so came back later the second attendant told me to wiggle switch and it will work. I told him we tried that. He then came up to our room and confirmed that the switch and light didn’t work. He said that he would fix it. He never came back to fix the light and we spent the rest of our stay with lights in bathroom. The bathroom door was also in disrepair and wouldn’t shut all the way. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying again. There were no apologies or offer for discount.

Not worth the money I spent but with limited options in the area for the event I attended it had to do. Very run down, needs major updating and cleaning and while they are at it, better decorating. Area is nice.

The hotel stunk like mold very bad. I came home sick from it. We were on the 2nd floor and we noticed in the morning that there was no smoke alarm. It had been taken down. It was dirty.

There were bugs in our room The furniture was dirty and floor not well vacuumed. We could fully hear the conversation from the room next to us There was no one at the front desk when we checked in nor when we checked our. Will not come back here.

I had to pay another $22 at check in because my room wasnt ready. The jets in hot tub arent wirking and they werent working last year. I specifically ask about this before booking and was told it was working. So i was lied to and it cost more. Im not happy. Tgen the air-conditioning is making noise and kept me awake after being up for two days. Im tired and hungry. Ill see what breakfast brings!

The staff were very nice The room was so damp ! The carpet was very wet the bedding was damp my pillows were very damp maybe they cleaned the carpet in that room I don’t know The pool is in need of repair Like said the staff was very nice

I never stayed at a place this dirty. The carpet had dust and dirt at the corners, dust and hair on nightstands, one of the towels in the bathroom had a paper tag still attached from the store and tower has never been washed, there was a cockroach right outside the patio door, flies all over the ceing, smell like the room has been smoked in for many years, a lot of broken glass around the trash area in the parking lot. And worst if all, the cleaner looked visibly high. We did not even bother with the breakfast and and the swimming pool, so sketchy. The worst hotel experience we've had in years.

Wow what a dump!
I travel all the time for work all over the country. This place is truly a dump of a hotel. The room and all the bedding smelt horrible. Like an ash tray. Holes in the wall. Burns in the floor. Bugs in the room. And it was not a cheap hotel. One night on a Friday was 165$. This should be a 65$ hotel. I would never recommend to anyone.

Upon entering the hotel the vestibule smelled musty! There was no one at the counter to check us in for several minutes! The room appeared clean. We could not use the shower because the water drained horribly slow! Employees were friendly though.

Overall, not bad. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and tidy, and the pool was serviceable. Some minor issues were that the hot tub had a big brown stain near the stairs and the knob to activate the bubbles didn’t work.

Staff new very little english, tv didn't work, bed was broke, no cups in room, no coffee pot, bathroom door didn't shut all the way closed, no breakfast, lake view room overlooks a beautiful swamp. It was hard to complain to management cause of language barrier. Good thing we only stayed one night.
