残念
チェックイン スタッフの英語のクセが強すぎて聞き直しても理解出来なかった。当方ベトナム駐在5年以上なのである程度英語は聞き取れるが、こちらのスタッフは厳しかった。 お風呂のシステムなどある程度説明を聞かなければわからないので、案内の紙を渡すなどしてわかりやすいように改善して欲しい。 食事 ホテルなので食事が割高なのは仕方がないが、日本人シェフがいるのにこのクオリティは残念。ローカル日本食と大差無し。 日本酒が越の一(ベトナム産日本酒)しか案内されなかった。まともな日本酒を置いて欲しかった。また、ビュッフェで提供されるお茶は甘かった。スタッフに言えば甘くない冷たい紅茶が出された。 お風呂 洗い場の排水が残念。 他人の洗い流した水が足につき不快。 硫黄の匂いはしっかりするが、入った後は肌がツルツルになるイメージだがつっぱる感じがした。塩素がたくさん入っているのではと感じた(泉質については素人なので参考にしないでください) スチームサウナは、椅子を洗い流せるようにしてほしい。水は出そうだったがスチームの奥なので熱くて近寄れなかった。 また、チェックアウト日の午前中は別で料金をとられるのは日本の温泉宿をイメージしてると拝金主義感が強く感じられた。 日本の会社が提携してるので日本的サービスを期待していたが、Webでも日本語案内がないように日本人はターゲットにしていないのだと思う。高級ホテルというよりはレジャー施設だと割り切った方が良い。
