Got a suit on the top floor, and was very unhappy about the stay . Room was not fully cleaned prior to my arrival. The microwave was not working the sheets in the pull out couch were not clean . We had NO heat and there was trash left inside of the cabinets from previous tenants.over all was a horrible experience.

Do not go there

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We booked this room months ago for my sons birthday. He wanted a hotel that has a hot tub and pool. When we got there they notified us that they gave away our room and that they were nearly sold out. Never contacted us or anything so we drove all the way there for no one to have the decency to call us and tell us our room was cancelled .. and why was it cancelled? Who freaking knows! So they were able to get us one room that they had left and we had to deal with not having the right amount of beds. Our hands were tied. There were no other hotels available. Then he notified us that the hot tub is out of commission. So we tried to make the best of it and go into the pool.... Which ended up being freezing cold and dirty. Everything my son was hoping for did not happen. Then in the morning the lady working breakfast was visibily and vocal about how frustrated she was working there. She was screaming and yelling. It was so uncomfortable. They also had signs saying check out was 12 but it was actually 11. It was literally unbelievable this place. Then, to top it all off, our door to our room wouldn't work and the keys stopped working. Just wow.
