Nothing worked.
Almost nothing in this hotel worked. We were told to park at the side entrance as it would be closer to our room. It was but the electronic lock did not work!!! Called the Manager and she tried it and still could not get it to work. Was told upon checking in the internet did not work! The whole stay the internet didn't work!! The pool is only open until 10, which if you have been traveling all day and have dinner plans is way to early. The Hot tub was not hot. Luke warm at best. There were no towels in the pool area. Had to go to the front desk and check them out to your room!! In the over 50 hotel rooms I have stayed in, that has never happened. And finally breakfast. One or two pieces of bread available. Some pre packaged muffins, small yogurt. but NO FRUIT.

The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel is located near downtown Huntington, just a short drive. I's stay here again. I also loved their Halloween decorations!

The carpets need cleaning. The housekeeping service was lacking. Stayed 2 nights. Towels/washcloths/tissues were not restocked. Coffee area was not wiped off. Front desk staff was courteous.
