I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. We arrived at 1:30 PM but were not checked in until almost 4 PM, which caused us inconvenience and discomfort, as we had been travelling for a long time and were tired.Furthermore, we had booked a room with a sea view but were given a room without a sea view. We even requested a pool view room but were told the hotel was full. However, later in the day, we found out that there were many rooms with pool view available. This inconsistency in information is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the quality of the food at your hotel. As a previous guest of the same brand of hotel in Sharm El Sheekh, I had high expectations for the food at your facility. However, the food served was not up to the mark, despite its presentation looking appealing. It lacked taste and was below the normal standard we expected.
I hope you take these concerns seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future. As a loyal customer of your brand, I look forward to hearing back from you and hope that you will address these issues in a satisfactory manner.
