We enjoyed this property, Springdale and Zion National Park. We could have spent more time there had we realized how many things the area offers. The pool was great. It was a very relaxing atmosphere at the lodge. (This lodge is not the same as the Zion lodge inside the park. It is much better!) Zion National park is easily accessible with the available transportation. We will come back again someday!

This is a great property, very close to the gates at Zion. The shuttle to the park stops just outside of the hotel. Takes you right to the front gate. Very clean, very quiet. The staff is great. breakfast is good, small but does the trick. If not your thing couple dinning options close by. Overall great experience!

Amazing stay. Views are incredible. Pool is great for kids plus the hot tub for adults and breakfast available in the lobby. Less than 5 minutes to get into the park. Would highly recommend this hotel

Communication with this property is difficult, I got charged random $12 to my credit card and was never informed what it was for. When I contacted them through Expedia app, I never heard back or received $12 refund. Rooms are nice, location is good. Breakfast area doesn’t have adequate sitting or tables. Towels are not looking great. But overall it is a pleasant property, just customer service needs improvement.

Beautiful gateway to Zion
This was the perfect place to stay for a visit to Zion. The lodge is beautiful and the rooms were immaculate. Our room was updated and the bed was comfortable. We left before breakfast started so I can’t speak to that. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly Recommended!
The hotel has been recently renovated, the mattresses/bedding were VERY comfortable, the room was clean and a nice size, we had 2 Queen beds for 4 of us. There was a nice LARGE walk in closet, hardwood floors (or they look like hardwood). Very clean! Nice shower head too, but the water temp fluctuated a little bit, not enough to be a big problem.
