Sheraton hotel was clean, customer service was good, we had an issue with the clogged bathroom, water was backing up after shower. We informed customer service and they promptly moved us to different room. Breakfast spread was amazing, we really enjoyed food at Sheraton.

It was absolutely incredible!!! New and modern. Decent pool The staff were amazing and truly went above and beyond at all aspects including reception/check in and the dining area, and the room was very spacious and clean. Some names to mention - Vinay, Abhishek, Nikita, Imran and all the staff at breakfast including the man that makes dosas! Sorry can’t remember everyones names but they all made our stay the best! And even all played with our little grandson and kept him entertained. They even had a bouncy castle with Mickey and Minnie character dress ups - can’t fault a thing; would 100% recommend

Excellent 5 star with super good service. Close to markets, walkable and also close to US embassy. The only downside is that the food is very gentrified, therefore bland and missing the Indian touch.

It is a beautiful property with walkable distance to US Consulate. Front desk staff is totally incompetent and everywhere. They cannot handle the guests in order and only two people are dealing with everything, check-in, check-out, room service, dining. Wait time is bad, somewhere from 40-50 minutes for everything.
