Great place for staying in Maui!
Great place... Was neat and clean... Not sure why this is a 2.5 star Hotel... Definitely a 3 star if not 3.5 star.

Was pleasantly happy at this property. Stayed here four nights. Property was spacious, clean, and also had comfortable beds. Although there was no air conditioning, the ceiling fans were very much appreciated.

It was a great location and had the beach right across the road. Had an amazing sushi restaurant attached. But that crazy lady made for an interesting stay. Cops were called first night. And yelling and banging the drum was annoying. If you choose to stay here which i would again only if i got a room in the B suites. For the price it was very well kept and staff was very friendly. Never had an issue with parking. I only wish they would offer breakfast. Even if it was simple.

It was totally amazing. Staying at Maui Beach vacation club. The pool was cleaned every single day. The grounds were cleaned every single day. The staff was amazing. Anything we needed when we called was there for us the experience was awesome thank you Maui Beach vacation club.

Everything was fine except there was no air conditioning. the receptionist was extremely helpful, courteous and competent.

Staying at this resort was a huge mistake. There was a woman who rang a bell almost every hour, and her dog barked nonstop all day. This constant noise made it impossible to sleep, even waking up our baby multiple times. To make matters worse, she and her husband were constantly yelling at guests—whether they were in the pool, walking near the gate, or even just children playing. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and they even took photos of everyone, which felt very inappropriate. We learned from other guests that this couple are residents and have been causing problems for a while, yet nothing has been done. Despite numerous complaints, the management seems unwilling or unable to address this ongoing issue. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful or family-friendly environment.

The rooms and area were great but one thing that was very disappointing is they have a tenant that records guests and post them on YouTube with very harassing captions. It seems like her focus is towards children and families mostly, we had the unfortunate situation of being posted given we never had an interaction with this couple. Seems like this is a common occurrence with them in guest that stay here, it’s very unfortunate because the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. If they can get rid of this couple I will gladly return but until then I’ll have to find another place to stay when visiting Maui.

While the location was convenient for us, the overall cleanliness was subpar. There were cockroaches outside the door, floors in the unit and general surfaces appeared to be untouched by cleaners and dusty/dirty. Some woman from another unit yelled at my kids to “shut the f up” while swimming in the pool. Overall, okay for the price. You get what you pay for.
