Je n’ai pas réussi à joindre l’établissement une seule fois pour une urgence, après avoir écrit 2 fois et être tombée sur le répondeur une fois... sans réponse!! Notre voyage a été annulé et nous n’avons même pas pu trouver d’arrangement avec l’établissement.
