Loud from Airport
No sound proof windows or structure so you heard loud airplanes all night. Hotel and rooms seem kind of odd and dated. Shuttle was advertised online, which is why I chose it. But when you get there it's not available, because you need reservations in advance. Not a true shuttle service. Shuttle means you have a constant shuttle going back and forth. Staff not very friendly. Overall, it's a 2 star and false advertisement with shuttle.

Overnight airport stay
Just stayed one night. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Shuttle bus from airport stops at 9:30pm so had to get a taxi which cost 15,000 WON.

Hotel location is not close to the airport at all. We had to take the shuttle bus services but when taking the shuttle bus for the airport we had multiple issues: We were told our shuttle had arrived, we got in it, and only realised when we arrived we had been out into the bus to the wrong terminal. The driver was incredibly unhelpful when the issue was brought up with him. Super rude.. We ended up taking a taxi to get on time to our destination. Horrible experience. Not recommended.

The staff was helpful. We only stayed one night but noticed the bathroom was somewhat moldy. The bedding was dusty. The pillows were too thick but the staff was very helpful.
