Close to airport and subway
It was close to the subway and incheon airport. Around hotel, lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The unit was clean and the staff was friendly.

The concierge staff are so very nice and courteous! I wish all hotel staff are trained to be like them. We arrived around 9pm, easy check in but the original room assigned was not comfortable, assumed previous user(s) smoked in the bathroom, so we brought it up to the concierge and he immediately apologized and switched our rooms. It’s possible the previous user(s) did not see the sign in elevator that indicate “no smoking” in all the rooms. Anyhow, please note that they only set up (1) one large bath towel, one shower mat, 2 hand/feet towels and 2 wash cloths, even if we booked the room with 2 people staying in the room, only one is placed bath towel is placed by cleaning crew each time but thankfully it’s an easy fix by meeting the concierge staff, he gave us a towel when we requested for an extra bath towel. We love the location to the AREX. My husband said that next time we visit South Korea, we will stay at this same hotel.

The have a snack bar 24 hours a day that's free. There are many dinning options around and the train/ railway is a 5 min walk from hotel that will take you straight to the airport.

Everything was great about my stay. Clean room helpful front desk. Although he wasn’t perfect in English he was still very helpful. Great places to eat like Korean bbq around town. A lot of places accept card. Very close to Unseo station. Only negative I would say is that the bed was very hot. In the morning I noticed there was a heated bad but I couldn’t find anything on how to turn it off.

Nice stay before flight
Great place to stay the day before your flight. We had a super early flight so the shuttle wasnt available. The front had to order a taxi since there wasnt any at the taxi stand. So no taxis around 5am but a lot around 530am. There are resturaunts open super late until 2am and a 24hr convienece store.

It's a nice hotel with a good price nice, very good for staying the night before an early flight out of Incheon. It is is even very near the train station so it is easy to get to that way. Only complaints is that the front desk is not so friendly and their airport shuttle does not begin until 6AM. So those with very early flights might have to take a taxi...defeating part of the purpose for staying there
