The place was very convenient. It's across the train station, next to starbucks and nearby restaurants. The only complaint I have was that they dont clean the room but one of the front desk personnel was really nice. The first bedroom we were at had bad water stains on the ceiling and he transferred us to another bigger room. Then again the cleaning lady did not give us enough towels for 4 people. She only gave 2 and she told us she did not have any available towels.

The main complaint about the hotel is that it's sound proof of rooms is not that good. I can hear people talking outside of my room, neighbour's toilet flush or shower sound etc. The staff is a bit impatient when I tried to call for shuttle pickup. But eventually get onto the shuttle to hotel. Overall will rate it 3.

I had a bad experience and I regret booking this hotel. My flight had a connecting flight in Korea because my infant child and I decided to relax and look for a good hotel, but were disappointed. My mother-in-law, my sister and daughter were flying with me, but they were all not allowed out of the airport because of the passport regime. but I already booked this hotel for 4 people, not knowing that they wouldn’t let them all in with me. Firstly, they do not have a phone number on Google when you need to make a reservation on bus shuttle . Secondly, when we were checking into the hotel, I asked the manager who was at the reception: I hope you won’t charge my credit card for four people, because I came alone with a child. He said with a grin, smiling sarcastically, what's done is done, he's not going to change anything.тhirdly, it is impossible to sleep on their bed, uncomfortable on the mattress and simple. I couldn't sleep or rest, I woke up exhausted and sleep deprived.……………..

Airport shuttle driver arrived on time and the ride was pleasant. The room was dimly lit, the shower had difficulty containing water inside the shower and spilled into the bathroom. Hotel rooms need renovation. Convenient walking distance to Olive Young, Daiso, Lotte Mart and train station.

Phone service was so-so, but the in-person service was fantastic. Very kind staff, convenient shuttle and clean rooms. I can see that some people not used to Korean bathrooms would be surprised, but wetrooms are very common here! I was very pleased with the room and service for the price!

It took only 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle van to arrive at the pickup point from the time I called to inform them that I have arrived at the airport. It took only 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Note that the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport was at 11 am. The hotel has more than one shuttle van. The van that pick us up was in tip top condition. The driver (Steven) and the front desk staff spoke English clearly and were helpful.

Just 20 mins from the airport surrounded by lots of restaurants. Very safe to walk out at night. The room was nice and large for four adults.

Pay a bit extra and avoid this sh*thole. Don't let the picture fool you from outside, room was nothing like in the picture. Completely run down and dirty, AC wasn't pumping out cold air. No 110/120V plugs at all, not even a normal 220V plug which would of charged my phone since it's 100-240V compatible. Would not stay here again!

This hotel is really dirty. The towels, bed sheets and room are really dirty, with stains. There is a water leak from the toilet. They don’t have a shuttle to the airport. The information of this hotel is really misleading

we arrived at 1am at the property and even called before arriving. when i got there there was a note at the front desk saying “will be back in 20mins”, for a guest in a 24hr hotel, there should always be someone on sight in the lobby to accomodate the guest. the worst part i waited for 40 mins. the hotel employee went away to pick up someone. anyways… location was very convenient with transportation.
