First of all, I tried in vain SEVERL TIMES to communicate with the hotel regarding my 3:30 AM arrival. Expedia also tried and failed. I received a curt one line response saying take a taxi from the airport. I was able to check in but front desk staff seemed irritated, at 4:45 AM ! While checking in, I asked why it was so hard to get a hold of them - he said he had got no messages or emails from anyone ! Expedia had said they sent messages. Also, while checking in, I said I would be requiring to check out around 4:00 PM to which they didn't agree and said 12:00 is the latest they can do. Even paying was not an option ! I was rudely said NO. Later on getting in the room, I wanted to plug point close to bed for my CPAP, while I had an adapter the receptacle on the wall was too loose and wouldn't plug in... I came down and asked to borrow one, and the staff looked for one but couldn't find and instead said, if it is that important you should carry your own adaptor ! I HAD ONE ! It was the wall plug that was too loose. The room was clean but nothing great, bathroom was strange, tub has no shower curtain ! Water all over the floor. Overall a VERY BAD experience, and around 11:30 AM checkout, there was a shuttle parked outside but was told to get a taxi ! The front desk at night and early AM didn't speak English which for an airport hotel for travelers would be beneficial.
